I am from Germany. At first I was sceptical about using an agent online. I researched the agent. Discover Ladakh website is well developed and very informative about the operation of the company. There is great transparency. The service provided by the agent was excellent. The trip was well organised and hassle free. Correspondence with the company was via email . The agent's employee , Ashish, with whom I worked promptly replied to my emails. Tolerance and patience was displayed as I made numerous changes to my tour plan as the months passed. I was telephoned on numerous occasions by Ashish. This sense of personal contact increased my confidence in working with you guys.I paid the agent 60% of the bill before entering India. While in India we were telephoned every day to check if all was well. Thanks for your services. Regards Manuel Schweinsteiger...
Mr. Ashish made my trip to Ladakh an exiting one. He ensured everyday if things are good. At one point, I was not satisfied with my hotel, he assured me that I will be getting a different room, which I was fully satisfied. The Cab that he arranged too was good, the driver was polite. Overall Mr. Ashish managed my Ladakh trip to great excitement. Thanks Ashish for the good service.
I can't blieve I had such a perfect holiday in India, having paid in full upfront, I was worried that at some point we may get a bad news? we still think as if we have seen a dream, there was little concern in couple of places about the location and quality of hotels, over all the trip was a memorable past which will not fade away easily. The courtesy of trip organisers , the chaufers is greatly appreciated.
I along with other tour members completed a very enjoyable and exciting tour of Leh Ladakh Kargil Srinagar. All through the journey we had very good accommodations and hospitalities. Our tour manager Naveen and his able supporting hand, the charming Abhineet were just too good to give us the needed support at those remote locations away from home. They were like brothers to youngsters and as if able sons to we senior persons. Anything said will be less for them the way they took our care. I pray almighty a for a very happy and healthy life ahead for them. God bless them for the hospitality spirit they are having. I certainly would love to be in a trip in future with them.
